About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the core checkout experience where consumers select and review their terms and payments, focusing on conversion, clarity, and confidence
Design and run experiments to improve how consumers understand and choose terms
Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and quantitative signals
Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements and user experience impact
Collaborate with international product partners to expand the terms experience into new markets
Develop and share insights into user behavior
Drive the roadmap, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, align cross-functional partners, and own execution from concept through launch and iteration

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Product Management experience
Strong sense of taste for user experience
Analytical rigor and ability to interpret experiment results and quantitative and qualitative inputs
World-class execution with high agency
Ability to work closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and research teams
Strong communication skills
Coachability
Checkout, e-commerce, or fintech product experience is a bonus
