Key responsibilities & impact

Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and decision-making
Articulate technical constraints and evaluate risks and trade-offs
Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts
Escalate issues and support operational availability, keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer
Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
Experience shipping mobile apps using native or cross-platform languages like React Native
Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using languages like Kotlin or Python
Ability to turn simple problems or business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components
Ability to write clear, well-tested and extensible code
Comfortable navigating a large code base and debugging others' code
Experience providing feedback through code reviews
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
