About the role

  • Define and drive product strategy for merchant performance growth, intelligence, and attribution
  • Lead product strategy for Merchant Performance Growth, building campaign tools, traffic quality controls, and creative/placement options
  • Build Merchant Intelligence & Enablement capabilities including performance dashboards, actionable insights, predictive demand signals, and reporting
  • Drive Attribution & Trust by developing reliable tracking, automated link validation, and incrementality models
  • Partner with engineering and data science to improve traffic quality and relevance
  • Collaborate with partnerships, analytics, and design to ensure the platform is a trusted, high-performance acquisition channel
  • Define metrics tied to incremental GMV, merchant ROI, and retention; prioritize initiatives based on impact on merchant trust and long-term supply health
  • Deliver tools and systems that improve traffic quality, empower merchants with actionable insights, and deliver trusted attribution and reporting

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, ads, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystems
  • Merchant-first mindset with understanding of incremental revenue, ROI, and scalability
  • Experience creating clarity in ambiguous spaces and building 0→1 products and scaling systems
  • Analytical rigor with comfort in funnels, attribution, and incrementality
  • Proven ability to influence and align with engineering, data science, partnerships, PMM and design
  • Track record of shipping complex products with measurable impact on revenue or growth
  • Comfortable driving initiatives independently while collaborating across multiple teams
  • Requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
