Events

• Manage event requests and serve as the first point of contact for all internal event inquiries
• Support the planning and execution of company-wide virtual meetings, town halls, and offsite gatherings
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify event needs, objectives, and deliverables
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, vendor management, venue booking, catering, AV, and technical setup
• Assist with developing event communications and promotional materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event reporting and analysis
• Maintain an organized system of event documentation, timelines, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement of event processes by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for innovation
