About the role
- Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
- You will be joining the Credit and Pricing team, which is responsible for increasing customer conversion, fostering loyalty, and optimizing loan economics across the entire Affirm network including Affirm Card, Affirm Anywhere, digital wallets, our integrated merchant network, and distribution partners such as Shopify.
- Responsible for Affirm's user level incentives product that delivers highly customized offers to users to fuel acquisition, growth, and retention in the US and globally.
- Partner with product, engineering, analytics, design, marketing, legal, capital, commercial and more.
- Define and socialize the product vision and strategy in collaboration with your peers in Engineering and Analytics.
- Analyze and quantify the impact of product features and define metrics for success.
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner of our Consumer, Commercial, and Engineering teams.
- Become recognized as a domain expert in the subject matter that drives loyalty and conversion.
- Collaborate across functions – including engineering, design, analytics, legal, compliance, marketing, commercial, pricing and others – to successfully launch and scale products.
- Collaborate across product teams to support initiatives that interface with Affirm’s Incentives capabilities (e.g. direct to consumer, growth and retention, merchant and partner networks, and new product verticals).
Requirements

- Product experience: Minimum 4 years of prior product or relevant experience in consumer finance, payments, or underwriting is a plus.
