- This role oversees a portfolio of Affirm’s strategic accounts with the goal of driving ambitious results across the business. Success in this role entails delivering strong results, collaborating across different teams and levels with key stakeholders, strong analytical skills and excellent executive presence including written and verbal communications.\n
- What You\'ll Do:\n
- You will oversee a portfolio of key accounts and will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives including complex contract negotiation, pricing and expansion opportunities to drive revenue and General Merchandise Volume (GMV).\n
- You will develop and execute sophisticated account plans that include financing optimizations, executive relationship engagement, and marketing strategies, often against ambitious timelines.\n
- You will analyze partner performance and recommend programs to increase product adoption, grow up-funnel awareness and visibility, and sell into expansion opportunities.\n
- You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across our Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk teams to execute partnership initiatives and drive business results.\n
- Manage customer health to ensure overall customer satisfaction and business results\n
- Drive customer advocacy and critical issues by collaborating with development, product management, and support teams to improve the Affirm offering for our merchants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of B2B client-facing experience in a high-tech environment and evidence of account growth/impact\n
- Experience negotiating and closing large, complex commercial contracts for F100 companies\n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give compelling presentations\n
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail\n
- Ability to build productive internal and external relationships and influence towards outcomes; outstanding executive presence\n
- Excellent analytical abilities to review merchant performance and report on the impact of specific programs to internal and external stakeholders\n
- Knowledge of retail, consumer finance offerings, integrated software solutions, and e-commerce preferred\n
- Comfortable using Salesforce and standard BI tools
