Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases
Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with management, design & analytics

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer
Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems
Proficient in one of Python or Kotlin
Capability to translate simple problems into solutions with multiple software components
Ability to navigate a large code base, debugging others' code
Ownership of personal growth, proactively seeking feedback
Strong verbal and written communication skills supporting collaboration
