About the role

  • Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases
  • Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle by collaborating with management, design & analytics
  • Monitor team’s artifacts, create metrics, and support operational efforts
  • Engage in team community activities such as participation in the interview process

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems
  • Proficient in one of Python or Kotlin
  • Capability to translate simple problems into solutions with multiple software components
  • Ability to navigate a large code base, debugging others' code
  • Ownership of personal growth, proactively seeking feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills supporting collaboration
