About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a full stack engineer across backend, web, and mobile interfaces
Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team
Lead engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems
Support product development with product management, design, and analytics teams
Participate in ideation and articulate technical constraints
Partner on decisions considering risks and trade-offs
Identify, advocate for, and resolve project, process, technology, and business issues
Create and monitor metrics supporting team artifact operations and availability
Escalate issues and support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts
Establish or improve code review and design standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications
Experience with declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components
Ability to write high-quality, understandable, and reusable code
Proficiency making significant changes in large codebases safely
Experience developing tools and practices to support safe large-scale code changes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a global engineering team
