Assistant Project Manager
Affinity WaterJoin Affinity Water as an Assistant Project Manager, coordinating impactful projects in the non-household water market. Collaborate with team stakeholders and manage day-to-day project activities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Track performance against KPIs and provide progress updates
- Support communication with key stakeholders including retailers, contractors and business customers
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes
- Help manage day-to-day project activities and governance
- Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute to successful delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project coordination or administration
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and reporting
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders and teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Project is a bonus)
