Talent Acquisition Specialist
Affinity HospiceTalent Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for hospice care team. Collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, attract, and hire top talent for the hospice care team
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Ensure seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the candidate pipeline and keep detailed records in the ATS
- Perform other recruiting duties as assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of hospice care or healthcare staffing is highly preferred
