Expand advertiser base and drive revenue growth for mCanvas in North America
Engage with media agencies and direct advertisers to deliver digital campaigns
Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed sales goals through proactive client engagement
Develop compelling sales pitches, media plans, and proposals aligned with client objectives
Collaborate with clients to understand campaign requirements and provide tailored advertising solutions
Monitor live campaign performance, optimize using data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations
Partner with product, operations, and creative teams to deliver new ad formats and innovations
Represent mCanvas at industry events and networking forums to expand presence and thought leadership in the region
Requirements
At least 5 years relevant experience in the online advertising industry
Existing relationships with decision-makers in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands
Strong network with decision-makers in the US advertising ecosystem (agencies, advertisers, and networks)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
Should be a great team player and motivator
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulations
Very strong English communication skills – written and spoken
