About the role

  • Expand advertiser base and drive revenue growth for mCanvas in North America
  • Engage with media agencies and direct advertisers to deliver digital campaigns
  • Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed sales goals through proactive client engagement
  • Develop compelling sales pitches, media plans, and proposals aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand campaign requirements and provide tailored advertising solutions
  • Monitor live campaign performance, optimize using data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Partner with product, operations, and creative teams to deliver new ad formats and innovations
  • Represent mCanvas at industry events and networking forums to expand presence and thought leadership in the region

Requirements

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in the online advertising industry
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands
  • Strong network with decision-makers in the US advertising ecosystem (agencies, advertisers, and networks)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
  • Should be a great team player and motivator
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulations
  • Very strong English communication skills – written and spoken
