About the role
- Expand advertiser base and drive revenue growth for mCanvas in North America
- Engage with media agencies and direct advertisers to deliver digital campaigns
- Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed sales goals through proactive client engagement
- Develop compelling sales pitches, media plans, and proposals aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with clients to understand campaign requirements and provide tailored advertising solutions
- Monitor live campaign performance, optimize using data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations
- Partner with product, operations, and creative teams to deliver new ad formats and innovations
- Represent mCanvas at industry events and networking forums to expand presence and thought leadership in the region
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the online advertising industry
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in the media buying space and a proven track record working with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands
- Strong network with decision-makers in the US advertising ecosystem (agencies, advertisers, and networks)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
- Should be a great team player and motivator
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in usage of the entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) to create business models and deal simulations
- Very strong English communication skills – written and spoken
