About the role

  • Report to the CTO and lead development of CRM and Sourcing products.
  • Shape product roadmap in collaboration with product and design leaders; craft strategic roadmap integrating product, design, and engineering.
  • Lead engineering execution to ensure quality software, delightful user experience, and iterative delivery practices.
  • Drive initiatives to refine development approach and delivery processes.
  • Guide and develop high-performing teams through leadership, coaching, and mentoring; ensure inclusive development opportunities.
  • Craft and execute technical strategy aligning with business and product needs to deliver high quality, usability, and fast performance across applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate across functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and iterate quickly in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS enterprise company experience leading engineering within complex, customer-focused product environments.
  • 8+ years of experience building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations.
  • 8+ years in an engineering leadership role, with experience leading multiple teams through managers and team leads.
  • Experience developing, coaching and managing engineering leaders, such as Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers.
  • Strong people leadership: care about helping team grow, recruiting and building talent density.
  • Ability to balance short-term business priorities with long-term investment and strategy.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality products while maintaining platform performance and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills; articulate, confident, and persuasive with ability to represent diverse perspectives.
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Ruby, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes.
