Account Executive

• In this role, you'll be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of net new accounts and existing customers within our Private Capital CRM business, Strategic (Enterprise) Segment.
• Review, qualify, and follow up on daily inbound leads
• Collaborate with our Marketing and Business Development team to drive a consistent outbound motion to key strategic accounts
• Collaborate with prospects, and gain a deep understanding of their teams and processes, to drive better business outcomes
• Close deals with these prospects and, in so doing, grow our company and accelerate your personal growth and income!
• Work collaboratively with our customer success team to identify and drive expansion revenue within our install base.

Account Executive, Strategic

Solutions Engineer

• Own the technical sales motion for Growth, Mid-Market, and Strategic opportunities from first demo to signed contract.
• Deliver differentiated, persona-driven demos for PE/VC deal teams that connect Affinity's capabilities to how they source, manage, and close deals.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover technical requirements, integration needs, and security considerations early in the sales cycle.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with crisp, accurate, and compelling content that reflects our platform's true strengths.
• Partner with AEs to shape deal strategy, influence qualification, and accelerate technical win decisions.
• Handle technical objections with confidence, using a command of our product, integrations, and competitive positioning.
• Design and lead structured POV engagements that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Define success criteria upfront with champions and economic buyers; hold both sides accountable throughout.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on complex integration scoping and implementation planning.
• Maintain clear project momentum using Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) and consistent stakeholder communication.
• Use POV outcomes to build references, case studies, and repeatable playbooks for the broader SE team.
• Serve as the security expert for pre-sales by completing InfoSec questionnaires, navigating compliance conversations, and representing our Trust posture with confidence.
• Engage with C-level technical stakeholders on system architecture, data privacy, SSO/IDP configurations, and security policies.
• Translate complex security requirements into clear responses that build buyer trust without stalling deals.
• Contribute to and improve team-wide SE assets: demo scripts, battlecards, integration guides, and objection-handling frameworks.
• Share deal insights, product gaps, and competitive intelligence that feed back into product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Help raise the bar across the team.

AI Engineer

• Own the full ML lifecycle: Take projects from ideation to production, including feature engineering, model selection, deployment, and model observability and evaluation
• Translate business needs into ML solutions: Gather product requirements and translate them into robust ML system design requirements
• Build recommendation and ranking systems: Architect and launch ranking and recommendation infrastructure from scratch, initially via integrated off-the-shelf models, and evolving to targeted and customized solutions in the long term
• Solve complex problems: Work on a variety of information extraction, information storage and information retrieval problems for both structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with cross-functional (product, infra, data engineering, and software engineering) teams to build robust, high-scale systems that underlie all of our data processing and ML Operations

Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI Platform

• Architect, prototype, and deploy RAG pipelines, combining vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking and contextual compression techniques.
• Contribute to design and orchestration of multi-agent LLM systems using community frameworks and custom orchestration layers.
• Work on a variety of information extraction, information storage and information retrieval problems for both structured and unstructured data.
• Partner with cross-functional (product, infra, data engineering, and software engineering) to build robust, high-scale systems that underlie all of our data processing and ML Operations.

Account Executive, Mid Market

• Define and drive the vision for a modern AI platform that serves as the foundation for product innovation across the company.
• Own a portfolio of high-impact capabilities—semantic search, AI guardrails, agentic frameworks, and similarity and recommendation models—that teams rely on to deliver customer value.
• Build for builders: design APIs, abstractions, and developer experiences that make it easy for product teams to integrate sophisticated AI into their solutions.
• Establish guardrails and governance frameworks that ensure our AI capabilities are safe, reliable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
• Navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape, evaluating build-vs-buy decisions and staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.
• Partner closely with engineering, applied science, and design teams to lead discovery, definition, and delivery of platform capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
