About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active and verifiable Iowa LISW, LMFT, or LMHC license; also licensed in the state of residence if it is not Iowa
Credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
