About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Support Members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and sometimes substance use disorders
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system
Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active and verifiable Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license, plus an active license in the state of residence if different from Illinois
All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website during the application process
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
