About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care
- Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
- Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC)
- Experience working with substance use disorder populations
- Comfort providing care via telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet
