About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
- Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations
- Verify credentials through the State Board’s website as part of the application process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in Oregon and provide telehealth services from an Oregon residence
- Active and verifiable Oregon counseling license: CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC holders must complete 120 hours of training prior to start
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
- Applicants must be licensed in their respective state, with credentials verified through the State Board’s website
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
