About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations
Verify credentials through the State Board’s website as part of the application process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in Oregon and provide telehealth services from an Oregon residence
Active and verifiable Oregon counseling license: CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
LCSW, LMFT, or LPC holders must complete 120 hours of training prior to start
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
Applicants must be licensed in their respective state, with credentials verified through the State Board’s website
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
