About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and occasional substance use disorders
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must reside in Oregon
- Applicants residing outside Oregon must also hold an active, unrestricted license in their state of residence
- Licenses verified through the applicable State Licensing Board
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
