About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
  • Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and occasional substance use disorders
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system
  • Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
  • Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must reside in Oregon
  • Applicants residing outside Oregon must also hold an active, unrestricted license in their state of residence
  • Licenses verified through the applicable State Licensing Board
  • Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
  • Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
  • Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
  • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
