About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and occasional substance use disorders
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system
Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
Adhere to HIPAA and applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must reside in Oregon
Applicants residing outside Oregon must also hold an active, unrestricted license in their state of residence
Licenses verified through the applicable State Licensing Board
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
