About the role
- Telehealth Mental Health Therapist – Remote role at Affect; state-specific Illinois licensure\n
- Remote care team; supervision varies by state and license\n
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans\n
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms\n
- Support Members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges; may address substance use disorders\n
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in EMR\n
- Coordinate care and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment\n
- Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations\n
- Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations
Requirements
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Illinois licenses: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, as well as your state of residence if it is not Illinois. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process\n
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings\n
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach\n
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools\n
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity\n
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
