About the role

  • Provide overall administrative support to the Corporate HSE department
  • Handle daily routine administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Act as an administrative liaison for other departments and offices
  • Track the completion of required HSE documentation
  • Assist in the collection, preparation, and compilation of HSE statistics
  • Provide ISN, Comply works, and Avetta support
  • Assist in the maintenance of SiteDocs and BisTrainer
  • Assist with the drafting of HSE documents such as Safety Bulletins
  • Manage SDS library
  • Participate in and support AFD's health and safety committee
  • Support COR audit activities as assigned
  • Performs additional duties as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Any experience related to office administration or HSE is an asset
  • A good team player
