About the role
- Create engaging content and craft emails that engage and persuade the target audience for Mailkeeper SaaS.
- Develop attention-grabbing headlines, persuasive calls to action, and use language that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate on campaigns, understand customer insights, and ensure templates are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Participate in hypothesis testing and campaign optimization to maximize customer retention.
Requirements
- At least Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate writing English skills are required.
- Experience in content creation.
- Ability to quickly create exciting content following business needs and the target audience.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Experience in Email Marketing (will be an advantage).
- Understanding of key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate) (will be an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for adapting complex layouts and making minor code edits (will be an advantage).
