• Take ownership of the Strategy & Growth (S&G) function and team development.
• Work closely with C-level executives on strategic development, investment decisions, operational excellence, new initiatives and startups launching, competitive intelligence, and AI implementation.
• Hire and develop analysts and other roles in the Strategy & Growth team.
• Participate in internal and external investment projects to ensure decisions generate the best possible returns.
• Develop a strategic analysis framework to spot trends and capture opportunities quickly.
• Participate in hiring and HR processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Build a strong network of market contacts to gather knowledge and insights for company implementation.
• Deep dive into all aspects of product IT company operations — marketing, product development, hiring and HR, both within appflame and with partners.
