About the role
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects across Brand & Communications
- Work with freelancers and contractors (e.g., designers, writers, VO artists, merch vendors, etc)
- Search for, select, and onboard vendors and freelancers for diverse project needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: Legal team, Finance, Product team, User Acquisition team, and Customer Support
- Track deadlines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain clear documentation, briefs, project trackers, and communication flows
- Identify risks early, communicate them clearly, and propose solutions to keep projects on track
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, agency or client side
- Enjoy bringing structure to chaos and can confidently move projects forward even when the path isn’t fully defined
- Work independently, take ownership, and don’t need constant supervision to deliver results
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and be ready to do this daily
- Feel comfortable managing several very different projects at once
- Learn fast, adapt quickly, and feel energized by new challenges
- Take satisfaction in organizing processes, creating systems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Creative agency, Production studio, Video production experience is an advantage
- US market experience is an advantage
