About the role
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects across Brand & Communications
- Work with freelancers and contractors for project needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Product, User Acquisition, and Customer Support
- Track deadlines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain clear documentation and communication flows
- Identify risks early and propose solutions to keep projects on track
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, agency or client side
- Enjoy bringing structure to chaos
- Work independently and take ownership
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English daily
- Comfortable managing diverse projects at once
- Learn fast and adapt to new challenges
- Creative agency, production studio, video production experience is an advantage
- US market experience is an advantage
- Some cute pet to show during meetings is a plus
