About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the global product roadmap
Define, maintain, and communicate 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps
Drive product enhancements that meet the requirements of diverse markets
Identify and prioritise the processor integrations that unlock growth across regions
Get involved early in the sales cycle — supporting prospect conversations, shaping scoping discussions
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and professional services to sequence work effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant product leadership experience in payments, fintech, or a related B2B technology environment
Familiarity with payments landscapes across multiple geographies — processors, acquirers, PSPs, or merchants
A track record of owning and delivering complex product roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups
Comfortable in presales conversations — you can talk credibly about product capabilities without over-promising
Strong communicator who can translate technical detail into business value, and business needs into engineering requirements
Someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine care for the people they work with
