Program Manager

• Assist the Program/Site Manager in full-time, on-site management of all contract activities in accordance with NASA regulations, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Aetos policies and procedures.
• Serve as the alternate point of contact for the Government in the Program/Site Manager’s absence.
• Assist with oversight of LMSS functional areas, including supply/materials management, equipment management, property disposal, transportation/fleet, and mail services.
• Support compliance with Records Management and Project Logistics Support requirements per the PWS.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules; track progress; and ensure on-time completion of deliverables.
• Gather and analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and support process improvements.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations, representing Aetos professionally in all interactions.
• Assist with personnel management, training, compliance tracking, and performance assessments.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support safety, health, and environmental program compliance.

Deputy Program Manager

Communications

• Fabricate, install, maintain, troubleshoot, modify, program, route, remove, control, and repair communication systems including Transmission Systems
• Coordinate with other crafts to ensure job completeness and assist with troubleshooting
• Assess and restock inventory; refurbish telephones and peripherals; process excess damaged or unrepairable property; perform equipment inspections
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, schematics, and notes
• Use test equipment, manufacturer manuals, and schematics to troubleshoot and isolate problems at the Line Replacement Unit (LRU) or component level
• Fabrication, installation, problem diagnosis, repair and maintenance of telecommunication systems and equipment
• Process support request requirements for Paging and Operational Intercommunication System (OIS) including cable and equipment fabrication, installation and repair of headsets, cable fabrication and connector potting
• Perform software upgrades on sustaining systems
• Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot transmission systems used to transmit analog or digital data signals over copper wire, optical fiber, Ethernet or other transmission medium
• Provide, update, and maintain all required documentation, reports, and logs manually or in electronic databases
• Make recommendations to improve work quality, efficiencies, and productivity; adhere to OSHA, NASA, Company, and customer safety requirements; may assist in training others
