About the role

  • End-to-end project management across all creative workstreams
  • Building and maintaining boards, automations, timelines, and dashboards in Monday.com
  • Fielding new requests, clarifying scope, and gathering assets for the team
  • Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Leadership
  • Proactive identification of blockers, timeline risks, and resource conflicts
  • Meeting facilitation with clear action items and follow-through
  • Maintaining a clean, accessible, and version-controlled library of creative files

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience
  • Strong experience in a creative agency, in-house brand team, or marketing environment
  • Strong project management skills with Monday.com
  • Proficiency in the full MS Office suite
  • Comfortable navigating Figma
  • Exceptional organizational instincts
  • Crystal-clear communication skills
  • A proactive mindset
