• Build core backend systems foundational to our multi-cloud SaaS platform—helping customers deploy and manage high-performance, globally distributed applications with ease.
• Partner with product managers, architects, QA, and other developers to move fast on a strategic roadmap that reflects real-world customer needs.
• Design and optimize distributed, multi-tenant, auto-scalable services that can handle extreme workloads.
• Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and test coverage to ensure systems “just work.”

• Aerospike is the real-time database for mission-critical use cases and workloads, including machine learning, generative, and agentic AI.
• Post-sales Technical Account Manager (TAM) role to help customers maximize the value of Aerospike's real-time data platform.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and optimize Aerospike solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining Aerospike in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, including support and engineering, when needed.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams to ensure product adoption and success.
• Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to product management and engineering teams.
• Assist customers in planning and executing upgrades, migrations, and scaling initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and proactively address potential risks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues with the Aerospike Real-time Data Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Aerospike customers across diverse environments (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering to drive resolution of complex problems and contribute to product improvement.
• Participate in real-time customer remediation efforts and live incident resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
• Support enterprise customers with mission-critical systems and real-time data use cases.
• Assist with new deployments, configuration guidance, and performance tuning.
• Write and maintain high-quality documentation and Knowledge Base articles to scale support capabilities.
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile, and globally distributed support team.
