Solutions Architect

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain components and workloads responsible for provisioning and managing Kubernetes-based Aerospike clusters
• Build and evolve workflows used to orchestrate long-running infrastructure and database lifecycle operations
• Develop Kubernetes-native systems using controllers, operators, and CRDs
• Own cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform, including VPCs, EKS clusters, IAM, storage, and networking
• Design and maintain persistent storage lifecycles involving EBS volumes, local NVMe instance storage, and backups
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues spanning Kubernetes, cloud provider APIs, and distributed systems

Support Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Aerospike customers across diverse environments (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering to drive resolution of complex problems and contribute to product improvement.
• Participate in real-time customer remediation efforts and live incident resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
• Support enterprise customers with mission-critical systems and real-time data use cases.
• Assist with new deployments, configuration guidance, and performance tuning.
• Write and maintain high-quality documentation and Knowledge Base articles to scale support capabilities.

Senior Support Engineer

• Develop middle-of-funnel technical blog content that aligns with our positioning, product strategy, and differentiators
• Partner closely with product marketing to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap priorities, competitive landscape, and core messaging
• Translate complex topics such as real-time data platforms, distributed systems, AI infrastructure, and high-performance databases into clear, compelling narratives
• Partner cross-functionally with content marketing, SEO, product marketing, engineering, and solutions teams to align blog topics to campaigns and personas, build a full-funnel roadmap grounded in keyword strategy and search intent, and extract accurate technical insights
• Create blog content that supports use cases such as AI inference, feature stores, real-time personalization, fraud detection, and globally distributed systems
• Optimize content for search performance while maintaining strong technical credibility
• Continuously refine content based on performance metrics, engagement, and conversion data
• Act as a collaborative, proactive team player who seeks feedback, contributes ideas, and is motivated to help Aerospike grow through high-impact content
