About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Product Delivery Platform Engineering team ensuring engineering teams have the systems, tooling, and operational capabilities required to build and operate software effectively at scale
- Design, build, and operate platform capabilities that enable teams to build, deploy, and run software efficiently
- Establish delivery systems that are repeatable, low-risk, reliable, and auditable
- Drive platform strategy, standards, and adoption across engineering teams
- Continuously improve engineering effectiveness through automation and standardization
- Develop and maintain standardized deployment pipelines for internal applications, ecommerce products, and shared services
- Create tools, templates, automation, and self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity
- Manage platform standards for monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and operational visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams
- Proven experience scaling engineering delivery systems across multiple teams
- Deep hands-on AWS experience in production environments
- Experience leading Infrastructure as Code initiatives using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar technologies
- Experience building and operating CI/CD systems at scale
- Experience implementing observability platforms such as Datadog
- Experience with IAM, cloud governance, and operational security practices
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and software delivery workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
