About the role
- Implement strategic sales plans developed by senior management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

- Follow and refine the established sales process to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement best practices and sales methodologies to streamline operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify competitive advantages and position the company's products/services effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations, pitches, and sales collateral.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
- Assist in negotiations with clients and close sales deals.
- Ensure contract compliance and support the negotiation process to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Participate in performance metrics and evaluation systems to assess individual sales performance.
- Receive constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and opportunities.
- Prioritize leads and opportunities for optimal conversion rates.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential product enhancements.
- Stay updated on market trends and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and foster a customer-centric approach.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Uphold the company's reputation and integrity in all interactions with customers and partners.
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and its related products/services is preferred, but exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present compelling sales pitches, and negotiate effectively.
- Natural ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in response to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborative spirit, willing to support team members and contribute to a cohesive and successful sales team.
