  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and opportunities.
  • Prioritize leads and opportunities for optimal conversion rates.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and foster a customer-centric approach.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Uphold the company's reputation and integrity in all interactions with customers and partners.
  • Maintain knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
  • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and its related products/services is preferred, but exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present compelling sales pitches, and negotiate effectively.
  • Natural ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in response to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborative spirit, willing to support team members and contribute to a cohesive and successful sales team.
