About the role
- Enable customer success by leading implementation, deployment, and support activities of smart robotic assistants for surface treatment applications
- Perform meticulous time studies and gather operational data directly from customer manufacturing floors
- Analyze value streams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI-driven automation
- Partner with Solution Engineers to develop cost-benefit analyses and ROI models for automation solutions
- Translate complex findings into clear visualizations and present to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Travel (~70%) to various customer sites across the U.S. to support deployments and engage with customer operations leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing analytics, or process optimization
- Familiarity with time study methodologies (e.g., MODAPTS) and value stream mapping is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Excel is required
- Experience with SQL, Splunk, or other BI tools will make you stand out
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively (~70%) to customer sites across the U.S.
- Must secure work authorization in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization for the duration of employment
- Preferred: 1+ years of industry experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Preferred: Experience with automation technologies or working in robotics/startup environments
- Base pay range: $25 - $35/hr USD
- 3-6 month contract with possible conversion to full-time after the initial 3 months
- Extensive travel exposure to diverse manufacturing industries (~70% travel)
