About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and communicate schedule modifications
- Make and monitor travel arrangements
- Audit daily schedules for compliance with company and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and track attendance day to day
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to crew members clearly and promptly
- Coordinate ground transportation, offline flights, and hotel accommodations for pilots and crew members
- Assess staffing levels and constraints to confirm or deny pilot availability for charter requests or schedule changes
- Ensure crew duty, flight, and rest times comply with applicable CFRs and Aero’s internal requirements
- Support monthly schedule development and manage eligibility for the monthly bid list
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Report to the Crew Scheduling and Records Supervisor as a member of the Flight Operations Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and/or Part 121 operations required
- Previous work in FAR Part 135 and/or Part 121 scheduling or operations
- Effective communication, including speaking, reading, writing, and active listening with internal and external partners
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends on call based on department needs
- Able to give and receive feedback through a variety of channels
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
