Business Development Representative
Aerial Canvas | Real Estate Marketing SolutionsBusiness Development Representative developing relationships and guiding prospects in real estate and luxury services. Performing outreach, managing sales processes, and achieving business development goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and develop relationships with qualified prospects that align with Aerial Canvas's target markets.
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry-specific channels.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and handoff.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, developers, construction firms, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing contacts.
- Accurately track activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline updates within the CRM.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies, target markets, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the Aerial Canvas brand professionally and maintain a high level of client service.
- Meet monthly revenue, pipeline, and business development goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, consultative sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience working with real estate, luxury services, commercial property marketing, architecture, construction, hospitality, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to sell high-ticket services or solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing opportunities through a CRM system.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Existing network within real estate, development, construction, hospitality, or commercial property sectors preferred.
- Experience selling creative services, photography, videography, drone services, digital marketing, branding, or media production preferred.
- HubSpot experience preferred.
- Understanding of luxury clientele and consultative sales methodologies preferred.
