About the role
- Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources
- Answers customer questions and general inquiries
- Conducts and participates in outreach efforts related but not limited to lead generation and sales
- Enforces company policies and procedures
- Promotes client retention through departmental initiatives as identified by management
- Supports cross-departmental functions by developing an advanced understanding of key responsibilities that are either shared or siloed
- Manages projects including but not limited to consulting, invoicing, and calendaring while providing a seamless client experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or supervisory role required
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency
- Proficient with Google Workspace and other word processing software
