Key responsibilities & impact

Help shape the commercial strategy and growth of healthcare innovation initiatives
Work closely with executive leadership, product and technology teams, healthcare partners, and international collaborators
Build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Identify and validate market opportunities
Develop partnership and growth strategies
Support pilot programs and innovation initiatives
Create pathways to scale successful solutions
Position Aequilibrium as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation
Engage with healthcare leaders to improve learning outcomes, workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and patient care

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership
Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills
