About the role

  • Own qualified pipeline targets and be accountable for Marketing’s contribution to revenue across AEM's markets
  • Design and lead integrated demand creation campaigns
  • Generate original campaign concepts
  • Build campaigns with synergistic marketing channels
  • Own tradeshow and event strategy
  • Build and run ABM programs for priority accounts
  • Manage a team of marketing managers and lead the SDR function
  • Own the marketing technology stack and build reporting for funnel visibility
  • Combine first principles thinking with applied AI to transform Marketing toward an AI-native operation

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of B2B demand generation experience
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline targets and managing a team
  • A track record of building creative, integrated demand programs that you originated
  • Deep experience with account-based marketing
  • Experience leading or closely partnering with an SDR function
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of AI tools applied to demand generation
  • Strong analytical instincts
