About the role
- Own qualified pipeline targets and be accountable for Marketing’s contribution to revenue across AEM's markets
- Design and lead integrated demand creation campaigns
- Generate original campaign concepts
- Build campaigns with synergistic marketing channels
- Own tradeshow and event strategy
- Build and run ABM programs for priority accounts
- Manage a team of marketing managers and lead the SDR function
- Own the marketing technology stack and build reporting for funnel visibility
- Combine first principles thinking with applied AI to transform Marketing toward an AI-native operation
Requirements
- 10 or more years of B2B demand generation experience
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline targets and managing a team
- A track record of building creative, integrated demand programs that you originated
- Deep experience with account-based marketing
- Experience leading or closely partnering with an SDR function
- Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot or Salesforce
- Working knowledge of AI tools applied to demand generation
- Strong analytical instincts
