National Client Manager – Senior PCA Reviewer, Building Assessments
AEI Consultants. Managing large national accounts .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing large national accounts
- Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts
- Serving as primary engineering or architectural lead for national accounts
- Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff
- Ensuring all projects are staffed, performed to high standards of quality, and delivered on time
- Managing Building Assessment projects being completed by associate consultants
- Ensuring all projects meet the client's goals and scope expectations
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in performing and reviewing various consulting projects
- Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
- Knowledge and experience assessing various property types
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in construction management preferred
