About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, and video) across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive engagement
Research venues, coordinate event necessities (F&B, swag, etc.), be on-site at events to help set up booths and do registration
Draft marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and creative content for social media channels
Support the marketing team in launching campaigns, updating website content, and managing project timelines
Monitor and report on social media performance, website traffic, and campaign engagement metrics to help improve strategy
Assist with marketing team coordination, administrative support, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of professional experience in a marketing and social media role
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and social media management tools
Basic graphic design skills (Canva experience strongly preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
