About the role
- Managing large national accounts
- Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts
- Serving as primary engineering/architectural lead for national accounts
- Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff
- Ensuring all projects are staffed and performed to high standards of quality
- Managing Building Assessment projects completed by associate consultants
- Providing training and mentoring to junior staff
- Building an intimate understanding of client's goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate consulting projects
- knowledge in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
- experience performing and reviewing various consulting projects
- experience assessing various property types
- experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines
- excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
