About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation of electronic service invoice (NFS-e) issuance for subscriptions in compliance with the Tax Reform;
Define the vision, strategy, roadmap and budget for the Backoffice vertical, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest impact on operations and the business;
Report and discuss plans, roadmap, vision and budget in the Innovation and Business Committee;
Manage the Builders team, supporting team development, removing impediments and ensuring execution of the vertical’s strategy and results;
Map processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities;
Work closely with internal teams to understand needs, validate solutions and ensure adoption of initiatives;
Drive the adoption and customization of Stripe as the billing core and the evolution of subscription management: plans, billing rules, cycles, upgrades/downgrades, churn, reconciliation and tax compliance;
Lead integrations with external systems during the transition to internally developed solutions;
Balance modernization of operations by replacing existing tools while developing new AI-based solutions;
Define and track success metrics for automations, measuring operational efficiency, reduction of manual work and value generation for the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing products and verticals, platforms or internal systems at software companies;
Experience leading teams and being responsible for people management, strategy, prioritization and results of a product or business area;
Background in developing solutions for areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance or Operations;
Ability to make build vs. buy decisions for internal solutions versus market tools, considering impact, cost, scalability and maintenance;
Knowledge of subscription management, billing, invoicing, CRM and commercial process automation;
Systems thinking to map processes, identify improvement opportunities and build scalable solutions;
Experience collaborating with technical teams and business areas, conducting discovery, defining requirements and following through on deliveries;
Experience using Artificial Intelligence for process automation;
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and metrics-driven management.
