About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Master the Aegro software, acting as an expert and educating clients on its use.
- Register data for clients in your portfolio in the Aegro software, serving as their off‑site operator.
- Plan and conduct meetings with clients, presenting the work performed and explaining how to analyze the results.
- Deliver training sessions demonstrating Aegro features and guiding clients to use the tool as effectively and productively as possible.
- Assist with Aegro-related questions, always sharing best practices for use and management.
- Monitor new clients' adoption of Aegro.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Agronomy, Agronomic Engineering, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- Availability to intern for at least 1 year.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with in-person meetings once a week in Porto Alegre, RS (Brazil).
- Proactive, autonomous, and quick to learn.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, time management, and attention to daily tasks.
- Experience or exposure to customer service.
