About the role

  • Content Management: responsible for all content activities across email, blog, social media, webinars, and premium downloadable assets (e.g., e-books, whitepapers).
  • SEO & Continuous Improvement: manage the blog not only by publishing content but also by proposing technical improvements to maximize conversion.
  • Social Media: build the content calendar and publish on social channels, strategically integrating them with launch schedules and premium assets.
  • Performance: analyze campaign performance data across platforms such as Google Analytics and social networks, generating insights and recommendations for adjustments and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising or related fields.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and inbound marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar), automation workflows and nurture sequences.
  • Excellent command of Portuguese, with strong persuasive writing (copywriting) skills and the ability to adapt to different formats and channels.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn tools like Cursor and GitHub for content creation.
  • Differentiators that stand out here:
  • Experience in SaaS companies and/or the agribusiness sector will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Cursor and GitHub will be a plus.
