About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in sourcing, screening and hiring team members across Aegis Living communities.
- Develop, implement, facilitate, and lead all phases of the recruiting process from attraction to hire.
- Maintain timely communication with job applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Use analytics to drive Talent Acquisition and business decisions.
- Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in building and managing large-scale projects that impact the enterprise to optimize talent acquisition operating model.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Experience using iCIMS a plus.
