About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a critical role in sourcing, screening and hiring team members across Aegis Living communities.
Develop, implement, facilitate, and lead all phases of the recruiting process from attraction to hire.
Maintain timely communication with job applicants throughout the hiring process.
Use analytics to drive Talent Acquisition and business decisions.
Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in building and managing large-scale projects that impact the enterprise to optimize talent acquisition operating model.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Experience using iCIMS a plus.
