• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
• Assess and develop sourcing, recruitment and selection strategies, processes, tools and practices to attract and recruit best-in-class talent across Aegis Living’s 36 communities and home office.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies to create strong candidate pipelines that reflect best-in-industry talent for key positions.
• Lead team to effectively partner with 36 Aegis Living communities to address high volume hiring needs.
• Lead internal mobility programs and processes to support development of emerging talent and succession plans.
• Actively lead searches for key high level positions within the organization.
• Evaluate talent acquisition strategies and team performance based on established metrics focused on continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for university relations, campus recruiting and early stage hiring programs including internship and apprentice programs.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Aegis Living leaders, consulting and advising throughout the recruitment and selection process to ensure high quality, timely completion to fill positions.
• Provide thought leadership regarding the continued evolution of talent acquisition models, methods and technology.
• Evaluate, select and manage recruitment agencies and retained search firms, negotiate favorable global service agreements, measure effectiveness and ensure compliance.
• Forecast talent needs and monitor recruitment metrics.

VP, Talent Acquisition

• Play a critical role in sourcing, screening and hiring team members across Aegis Living communities.
• Develop, implement, facilitate, and lead all phases of the recruiting process from attraction to hire.
• Maintain timely communication with job applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Use analytics to drive Talent Acquisition and business decisions.
• Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.

• Supports and advises Sr. Leadership and management team with respect to key Human Resources initiatives and processes.
• Handles all employee relation matters including harassment, discrimination, violations of compliance regulations and employment policies.
• Interprets policy and procedures and provides guidance in a consistent manner to leadership and employees.
• Provides input and feedback in policy and procedure updates and implementation.
• Point of contact for Aegis Home Office new hire and onboarding activities.
• Partner with leaders to initiate and carry out performance management and termination processes.

Human Resources Business Partner

Administrative Assistant

• Communicate effectively with General Managers and other community leaders to provide ongoing support and guidance regarding Business Office Operations.
• Liaise with Head of FP&A, home office support teams, officials & vendors inside and outside of the organization.
• Conduct on-going training of the Lead Concierge roles and external business office support team to improve regulatory compliance and effectiveness of all business office functions.
• Audit regulatory files and developing report compliance.
• Collaborate with GMs and Community Directors to improve regulatory staff compliance.
• Demonstrate conflict resolution skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Educate regarding Relias Learning Management System to include password resets, revising supervisor access, training/support for users, troubleshoot problems as needed.
• Develop efficiencies that promote productivity, improve workflow, provide quality service and that demonstrate adherence to company’s values and hallmarks.
• Collaborate with Head of FP&A to align common goal and tasks.
• Electronically upload and implement all electronic filings for Employee and Resident Files within SharePoint to have all Business Office files electronically saved for efficiency.
• Process all area communities’ social security verifications and submit to external support team.
• Manage resources effectively.
• Scan all check deposits and send paperwork to external business office support for processing into Yardi.
• Handle all high-level resident and family complaints or issues.
• Practice effective team behavior.
• Collaborate with and back up other administrative team members, as needed.
• Efficiently submit documentation through DocuSign, updating templates when necessary.
• Managing appropriate Aegis account access for external support team and Lead Concierge within assigned communities.
• Working cross functionally with other departments (Regulatory/Accounting/Risk Mgmt., etc.) to establish and communicate new processes and best practices for Business Office Operations.
• Creating, developing and implementing revised processes for ABOM and external support team including appropriate training and materials.
• Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
