About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports and advises Sr. Leadership and management team with respect to key Human Resources initiatives and processes.
Handles all employee relation matters including harassment, discrimination, violations of compliance regulations and employment policies.
Interprets policy and procedures and provides guidance in a consistent manner to leadership and employees.
Provides input and feedback in policy and procedure updates and implementation.
Point of contact for Aegis Home Office new hire and onboarding activities.
Partner with leaders to initiate and carry out performance management and termination processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related degree
7+ years of related Human Resources experience in a HR leadership role
4+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
3+ years Employee Relations experience
Technology proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Highly knowledgeable regarding Washington, California, and Nevada federal employment and labor laws and regulations
HR certification a plus.
