About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the management of projects for new technologies and operational efficiency in sanitation.
  • Monitor performance indicators, deliverables, and activities in coordination with operational units and suppliers.
  • Prepare and track schedules, action plans, meeting minutes, and management reports.
  • Develop executive presentations and consolidate information for project monitoring.
  • Support technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as the analysis of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of pilot projects, supporting result analysis and implementation of improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Sanitary, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis) and intermediate PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project and QGIS.
  • Intermediate English for reading and understanding international suppliers.
  • Project management knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with curiosity and a quick learning ability.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Indaiatuba, SP or Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
