About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer service, offering information about water supply, sewage collection and treatment services;
Identify and report occurrences related to fraud, leaks and discrepancies in customer records;
Inspect water and sewage connections to verify regularity and compliance;
Update commercial and technical customer records;
Collect, re-read and report meter readings for consumption assessment;
Perform water disconnection and reconnection services according to procedures and unit needs;
Deliver invoices, informational notices, notifications and other documents to customers;
Replace water meters, standardize meter stands and repair leaks;
Drive company vehicles to carry out field activities, observing traffic and safety regulations;
Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and proper functioning of work equipment;
Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards, procedures and guidelines, properly using personal and collective protective equipment;
Perform other related duties as required by the area and directed by leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma;
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B);
Basic knowledge of parts and tools.
