About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate tax bookkeeping and the processing of requests from business units, ensuring compliance, traceability and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage the capture and validation of fiscal documents using the V360 tool, ensuring data integrity and leveraging available automation.
  • Monitor operational KPIs — volume, turnaround time, backlog — and act proactively to address deviations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and design solutions with tangible operational impact.
  • Liaise with business units, procurement, engineering, warehouse, suppliers and other internal areas.
  • Develop the team, promoting autonomy, execution quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience coordinating fiscal and/or operational activities in large organizations or Shared Services Centers (SSC).
  • Experience in people management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with automation and fiscal document capture tools; experience with V360 is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills, organization and the ability to manage multiple demands.
  • Proactive, communicative and solution-oriented profile, focused on results and people development.
