About the role

  • You ensure the satisfaction of existing customers and help them achieve their business goals through strategic account development.
  • You build durable, trust-based relationships and gain a deep understanding of your customers’ challenges.
  • You develop tailored account strategies that unlock cross- and upselling potential and generate additional engagements.
  • You orchestrate complex stakeholder constellations and align all parties around a common project goal.
  • You work closely with Operations, Product and the Sales team, share best practices and bring customer feedback into the organisation.

Requirements

  • Solid, relevant experience in strategic account management or B2B customer success with a clear growth focus.
  • Ideally a degree, formal training or hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
  • You quickly and authentically build personal trust and develop sustainable customer relationships through genuine empathy and deep customer understanding.
  • You create individual account strategies with strategic foresight and a long-term perspective.
  • You have practical experience dealing with complex decision-making structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • You speak German fluently and confidently (C1) and English at least at B2 level.
