About the role
- Target audience identification: Systematically research relevant companies across European markets and identify the right decision-makers for our SaaS solutions.
- Creative outreach strategies: Develop tailored multi-channel outreach approaches that go beyond standard channels to reach hard-to-reach decision-makers.
- Lead qualification: Assess and prioritize leads using clear criteria to identify the most promising opportunities for successful collaboration.
- Event support: Assist in targeted preparation for industry events, from pre-event outreach to structured follow-up of contacts.
- CRM documentation: Maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation with structured list management and consistent follow-up planning, even under high volume.
- Process optimization: Continuously optimize your outreach strategies independently and sustain a high outreach frequency without external motivation.
Requirements
- Initial practical sales experience in an active sales environment with cold calling or comparable activities, plus commercial training or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.), multi-channel outreach strategies, and CRM best practices for structured list management.
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools, and digital collaboration tools.
- You handle rejection professionally, view rejection as part of the process, and maintain consistently high activity levels.
- You work independently, prioritize based on data between volume and quality, and enforce strict process compliance even under time pressure.
- You communicate flawlessly and professionally in writing and verbally, adapt your messaging to different target groups, and represent aedifion confidently.
- Fluent German and English (C2 level) spoken and written for international collaboration; additional languages (especially French) are an advantage.
Benefits
- Make a difference: Your work helps reduce CO2 emissions and make buildings more sustainable and energy-efficient.
- Mobile work: Shape your workday to suit your needs — flexible hours, short core hours, and the freedom to work from our modern Cologne office, remotely from anywhere in Germany, or up to 10 days per year from elsewhere in Europe.
- Long-term perspective: After the probationary period we offer a permanent employment contract.
- Well-being perks: 30 days of annual leave, fresh organic fruit, regional coffee, free drinks, and our monthly team breakfast to keep you energized.

- Tech equipment: Choose modern work hardware (Microsoft or Apple) and receive high-quality noise-cancelling headphones for focused work.
- Mobility package: Stay mobile — choose between the Deutschland-Ticket or a company bike (Jobrad) for commuting or private use.
- Financial benefits: Contributions to asset-building savings (VWL) or company pension schemes (bAV).
- #teamaedifion: Regular team events, collaborative working at eye level, active knowledge sharing, and flat hierarchies foster strong teamwork and open communication.
- Dog-friendly office: Bring your dog — we welcome canine companions.
